Hello, just bought an apartment and Brazil cherry wood floors throughout the place. I would like some ideas on how a paint color for Nice lounge and dining room. My friend and I are very soft, sensual light colors and deep jazz .... think, something like a jazz lounge and Zen-inspired spa. I still believe in a merlot color, but I think it may be too red .... I agree with Maya. Red walls create a lot of red. I want a picture of a wall of dark gray to pale yellow for accents, pillows used, curtains, etc., and gold sconces and frames.
