Does drinking Chinese green tea help to control T2 diabetes? - green tea and diabetes

Beth is totally wrong about the fructose ...

"On the use of honey or fructose, while sugar and your body will react just the same way that makes other sugars. The same holds true for many artificial sweeteners, no sugar, metabolism and increases your blood glucose.

Not all sugars are the same. Fructose takes very little insulin. I eat 100 to 125 grams of fruit per day fruit. Certainly not the number of your blood sugar level. Fructose has a glycemic index of 19, while only 100 of glucose and other sugars, somewhere in the middle.

Green tea helps burn fat, then yes ... is very good for diabetics.

No. There is no panacea. Exercise more control over their HMO, foods that are rich in starch.

Green tea is rich in antioxidants, so they will continue to benefit, but not diabetes.
