What's the quickest route to becoming a cardiovascular tech and then a cardiologist? - cardiovascular tech certificate

So here's the deal ... I have a partner in Business Administration online. I decided what I want, halfway to a cardiologist. Now I know it can be 12-15 years of school and education, but somewhere where I will be a cardiovascular (Engineer and work while I'm at school), which requires a certificate, a partner or just be able to function . Should I work my staff in cardiovascular technology before it begins to be? If I do, how long does it take to get my degree later on? I want the shortest way from nothing to a technology from HP and became a cardiologist. Suggestions? Thank you!
