In thought you said it, I'm 23 years old, 19 stone, 6 feet high. Nobody had done that, know, or people who have done this? I want a personal response, please, no research on the reactions of the network .. So I know that the actual results, not the statistics that could be done .. How long does it take to lose a lot of weight? Moe? Anyone can find my ideal weight? Thanks
